CRW1 Air Circuit Breaker series(ACB)

The CRW1-2000~6300 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for distribution networks with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to AC400V/690V and below, and Rated current of 400A~6300A. It is mainly used to distribute electrical energy, protect lines and power equipment from the hazards of overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. Under normal conditions, it can also be used for infrequent switching of lines. Circuit breakers have intelligent protection functions, precise selective protection, which can improve power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power outages. Simultaneously equipped with an open communication interface, it can perform "four remote" operations to meet the requirements of control centers and automation systems.

Environmental temperature

The ambient air temperature ranges from -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, and the average temperature value within 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃. When the ambient temperature exceeds+40 ℃, it is necessary to reduce the capacity according to Table 1-1, and the maximum allowable temperature is+65 ℃. Low temperature environments should be declared customized at the time of ordering.

Altitude height

The altitude height of the installation location shall not exceed 2000m.

Relative humidity of air: When the highest temperature is 40 ℃, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at 20 ℃. Special measures should be taken for condensation caused by temperature changes.

The pollution level is level 3.

Installation category

Circuit breaker installation category IV: When the rated working voltage of the main circuit is less than AC400V, the installation category of the auxiliary circuit is the same as that of the circuit breaker, except for the undervoltage release coil and the transformer or power module primary coil used for intelligent controllers. When the rated working voltage of the main circuit is greater than AC400V and less than AC690V, the auxiliary circuit needs to be isolated from the main circuit by a transformer. The isolation transformer has a capacity greater than 2kVA and the maximum working voltage of the control circuit is AC400V. The installation category of the auxiliary circuit is III.

Installation conditions: The circuit breaker should be installed according to the requirements of this manual, and its vertical inclination should not exceed 5 °.

Transportation and storage conditions: between -25 ℃ and+55 ℃, and can reach+70 ℃ in a short period of time (24 hours).
