CRM1L Electrical Leakage Circuit Breaker series(ELCB)

The CRM1L series residual current protection plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as residual current circuit breaker) is suitable for circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated insulation voltage of 1000V, rated working voltage of 400V, and rated working current up to 800A for infrequent switching and motor starting. Circuit breakers have overload, short circuit, and undervoltage protection functions, which can protect lines and power equipment from damage; At the same time, it can provide indirect contact protection for people and also provide protection against fire hazards caused by long-term grounding faults that cannot be detected by overcurrent protection. When other protective devices fail, the CRM1L residual current circuit breaker with a rated residual operating current of 30mA can directly provide additional protection.

Circuit breakers are classified into L-type (standard type) and M-type (high breaking type) according to their rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity.

This circuit breaker has the characteristics of small size, high breaking capacity, short arcing, and anti vibration.

The circuit breaker has an isolation function, and its corresponding symbol is: "/1.

Circuit breaker standards: IEC60947-2, GB/T14048.2, and Appendix B "Circuit Breakers with Residual Current Protection".

The circuit breaker cannot be reversed, that is, only 1, 3, and 5 are allowed to be connected to the power line, and 2, 4, and 6 are allowed to be connected to the load line.

Residual current three-phase protection: M1L circuit breaker realizes ground fault protection. The working power sampling of conventional residual current protection circuit breaker with leakage protection module is two-phase. This series of circuit breakers is three-phase. If any phase is missing, the leakage protection module of the circuit breaker can still work normally;

On site adjustable: The rated residual operating current I △ n and residual current operating time (non delay and delay) can be adjusted on site according to the actual situation;

Low voltage protection: When the phase voltage drops by 50V, the leakage protection module can still work normally;

Equipped with leakage alarm output function: When the residual current of the equipment or line reaches or exceeds the set value, the circuit breaker with leakage alarm unit module outputs a passive contact signal to drive the corresponding alarm device;

Installation has interchangeability: Dimensions and installation dimensions are the same as those of the M1 series circuit breaker (note that M1L-630 is the same as M1-800), and installation has good interchangeability.
